We are a consulting firm based in Toronto Canada. We specialize in general practice consulting as well as software development through our Risk-Based Decision-Making Software to support our consulting practice.
Our consulting services have spanned many disciplines, and as of late, have focused on Economic Development and the Incubation Industry.
In particular, we have provided consulting in the hospitality arena and financial services, with a focus on sales, marketing, technology, and strategic planning.
We have undertaken market research projects to investigate the winery industry throughout Sonoma and Napa Valleys in California. We have conducted research surveys throughout Canada for the Incubation Industry, utilizing a Web-Based survey and analyzing the data and showcasing the highlights to our client.
Our consulting in Economic Development has been focused on performing Financial Feasibility Studies and Operational Assessments for communities considering the establishment of Business Incubators for their region.
These incubator studies examine all the possible expenses and revenues associated with a Business Incubator, in order to project over a nine-year horizon, nine different scenarios in order to identify if and when break-even will occur.
By using a proprietary template that is then customized and tailored to the particular needs of the client, we can create a model that not only identifies the point of break-even, but also identifies the Economic Impact resulting from the establishment of the Business Incubator. Jobs created, salaries paid to new employees, disposable income flowing back to the community, incremental Realty Taxes, and incremental Federal and Provincial Taxes are some of the Economic Drivers that are identified through the process developed and delivered by Synergyx.
Another service from Synergyx is the software development and customization that we provide to clients. Our Risk-Based Decision-Making Software utilizing the principals of Fuzzy Logic allows the end-user to create their own Applications from scratch, and also the ability to augment the Risk Categories and Risk Factors provided in the software release, literally on the fly.
While we enjoy earning revenue from software customization services, we also believe that the end-user should be able to create their own Applications, Categories and Factors. This gives our clients the ultimate in flexibility. We are willing to provide our expertise in the software development field to assist in the creation of any customized program requirements. We also have built our software to allow even a semi-skilled end user the ability to create the factors to custom design the software to meet virtually everyone’s requirements.
